Kathy Stine and her husband Charlie were married in the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church in 1983, and joined the church later that year.
Kathy and Charlie have two wonderful children. Chris graduated recently from UVA and is currently a Fellow at The Falls Church working with their Youth Program. Katherine is in10th grade at Norfolk Academy and her current passion is Theatre.
The Stines feel very blessed to have raised their children at FPC. From Baptism through the Pre-School to Sunday School and Kirk Choir and on to Confirmation and Youth Group, their lives have been centered around Jesus and the community of FPC. They are so amazed and excited by the movement of the Holy Spirit that they have witnessed at FPC over the past 27 years!
In 2003, Kathy joined the FPC Staff as the Receptionist, after a 14 year career in television production, then staying at home with Chris and Katherine for 10 years. Upon the opening of state-of-the-art First Hall in December 2009, Kathy moved into the position of Director of Media Ministries, returning to her roots in production.
Sharing in the lives of so many in our Family of Faith has been a great joy and blessing!
