Preschool Optional Care Coordinator
Essential Job Functions:
● Works with the Preschool Director to oversee the daily operation of all optional care programs
● Manages staff schedules and supervises staff and students during the hours of optional programming
● Works with the Director to design age appropriate programming for all optional care programs and implements programming
● Maintains computerized records for attendance, billing and staffing
● Communicates with Preschool Families using a variety of methods, including email, newsletters, and advertising
Schedule:
40 hours per week (Hours: 11 am – 6 pm)
Qualifications
● Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar computer programs. Experience with ACS and Headmaster a plus
● Strong writing and editing skills to produce materials for programs and communications to families
● Bachelor degree in early childhood education or similar curriculum or experience in related field
